Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER’s e-commerce website orynnjewelery.com, and covers the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. Product Delivery

The product(s) will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the time frame indicated and in accordance with applicable legal time limits.
For personalized or customized products, production times may vary and will be communicated to the BUYER prior to placing the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without any justification, provided the product is not personalized.
Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
(This is in accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.)
Products returned must be unused and in resalable condition.

6. Return Process

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the BUYER must return the product.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the SELLER will issue a refund within the legal time frame.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER (unless otherwise stated).

7. Payment and Invoicing
The BUYER completes payment during checkout via the selected payment method. The invoice will be issued to the billing details provided during the order and sent either physically or digitally.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

9. Enforcement
The BUYER confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this agreement electronically via the website. The agreement becomes effective on the date the order is confirmed.
