Return and Exchange Policy
All Oryyn Jewelry products are individually custom-made or personalized. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer-supplied errors once production has begun.
Cancellation. An order may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. If production begins before the 12-hour period expires, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Not accepted (once production has begun): change of mind, personal preference, a customer-selected size, customer-supplied or customer-approved engraving, initials, names, dates, logos, artwork, crests, emblems, or instructions, customer-approved design details, and normal wear, misuse, impact damage, chemical exposure, improper care, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from your confirmed order, contact us by email at oryynjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and a description of the issue (and packaging photographs for shipping damage). This 48-hour request timeframe does not remove any non-waivable statutory rights you may have. Do not ship any item back without written authorization.
Remedies and shipping. After review we may offer a remake or replacement, repair, partial refund where appropriate, or a full refund where another remedy is not reasonably possible or where legally required. We do not promise an automatic refund before inspection. We pay approved return or repair shipping only for confirmed manufacturing defects, seller errors, incorrect products, or covered shipping damage.
