All items are made-to-order and personalized with your logo. Production takes 2ā7 business days. After that, we ship your order via UPS Express
Once your order is shipped, youāll receive a tracking number. You can track your package in the āTrackingā section on our website
We can ship to every part of the world. So, wherever you are, your product will reach you.
If your package is lost outside your Country, we can remanufacture and ship it.
However, if it is lost after reaching your country, unfortunately we cannot reproduce it.
The reason for this rule is to prevent abuse.

Yes, every product is made specifically for you with the logo or design you upload.
You can enter custom text or details on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Yes. After you place your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram to confirm your design and get your final approval before we begin production.
On each product page, you can upload your logo and fill in any customization details before placing your order.
No, we currently do not offer digital previews. Please double-check your text before submitting.
After you place your order, we will give you a one-to-one preview and if there is a revision you want, we will make adjustments there.
We are working on 3D previews.
All our products are produced with precious materials.
We choose the materials we use upon order. We use 925 sterling silver for Silver orders and Gold for (10K - 14K - 18K) Gold orders.
š Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For defective or faulty products, please contact us for a solution and let us help you.
You may cancel your order as long as production hasnāt started yet. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
